 MONITORING YOUR 3D VISION:
This simple device monitors and strenghtens the fusion of left & right eyes in the vision system. A lazy or weak eye limits the ability to perceive three dimensions and those stereogram images. Exercises with this device let the brain review this fusion facility and finely tune the muscular control required.

By the age of 45+ bad habits generate dominance in one eye for reading - close work and dominance in the other eye for distance views - driving. Loss of 3 dimensions and blurred vision accompanies this aging problem at the near point.
PALMING:

By covering the eyes with the palms of your hands ("Palming"), the body's natural healing process is activated. Adding blinking sets the tear glands to create a humid sauna bath warming up the extrinsic muscles reponsible for directional movement. The darknes increases the size of the pupil. Most notice a fresh mind, colour & sight clarity in as little a time as two minutes.

If you're worried about the possibility of the sun damage while outside, wear a brim hat that will protect you from the glare. Polaride glasses will help too. Its not a good idea to wear sunglasses all the time; they fool our body clocks into thinking its not so bright and thus do not effectively change the natural protective skin physiological processes.
