"Sunshine nourishes the life cycles of ALL the living organisms and food chains on our planet... Birds migrate - butterflies adjust their life cycles - our food ripens naturally... everything is interconnected."
Close encounters with nature and its beauty are awesome, providing us with energy from reflected sunlight. Unfortunately for those of us who spend most of our time indoors, green glass and any optical aid will minimize this source of energy.
This has an effect on our eyesight by messaging-out nature's "hard copy" (seen at 1.6 million pixels) so frequently numbed by hours of TV & monitor screen images (seen at only 1000 pixels)
Rest from computers for 30 minutes a day in an outside environment will not only partly counteract the negative effects computer screens have on our eyes, but will also maximize your immune system within 2 months! (please note, this only works without the use of sunglasses, contact lenses or glasses)
If you're worried about the possibility of the sun damage while outside, wear a brim hat that will protect you from the glare. Polaride glasses will help too. Its not a good idea to wear sunglasses all the time; they fool our body clocks into thinking its not so bright and thus do not effectively change the natural protective skin physiological processes.
